Andreas Fischer

Andreas Fischer has been successfully realizing complex projects in the health, pharmaceutical and laboratory sectors for 20 years. In his activities as technical division manager and managing director at German and international corporations, he has acquired extensive specialist knowledge in the interdisciplinary conception, planning and implementation of construction, IT, technical building equipment and medical technology and infrastructure projects.
He brings his network of project managers, planners, engineers, experts, procurement and building law specialists and site managers to your project team.
He graduated as an architect from the Technical University of Karlsruhe in 1998.
After many years as a general planner for healthcare properties, he moved to VAMED in 2009, an international group for the construction and operation of healthcare facilities. Here, as technical division manager for CEE and managing director for Germany, he was responsible for the turnkey project implementation of regional and maximum care providers in health care, laboratory and pharmaceutical real estate. In 2019 he carried out the restructuring of the construction and investment area of a private clinic group.
In 2021, as Vice President of Infrastructure at Hannover Medical School, he took over the infrastructure department and thus laid the organizational foundations for the reorganization of the entire campus for the new MHH building.
As an interim manager for investment projects in the healthcare sector, he has been working freelance for institutional investors and public clients since 2020.
